Conception is an experiment-all open mic, aiming to promote creative thinking and the furthering of ideas. All forms of performance are encouraged and supported, whether that be static, kinetic, loud or quiet.
Music, Noise, Dance, Theatre, Opera, Object interaction, Stand-up comedy, Power-point presentation, Artwork presentation, Workshops, Community Choir... Anything is welcome, as long as it has a fresh idea! If you've got something you've been pondering that you need to test out, Conception events are a great place to see if things work and to get feedback on your concepts.
